Albina is a simple, classic summer sweater knit from the bottom up. The body is worked in the round, then the fronts and backs are split for the sleeves and worked flat. The shoulders are then joined, and sleeves are picked up and worked in the round. Finally, collar stitches are picked up and worked. Albina is knit in our NEW! Undine DK in a fairly loose gauge to create a drapey, comfortable fabric for warmer weather. The fit is oversized in the body and more fitted in the sleeves and can be easily adjusted for different sleeve and body length preferences.
