Black Arrow Tetra 2-3CM A lovely new tetra species is Inpaichthys luizae, which was officially described in January 2025. It inhabits regions that are difficult for scientists and commercial fishermen to access due to private ownership. What is understood, however, is that these areas are tributaries of the Rio dos Peixes in Brazil, which is itself a tributary of the Rio Juruena. The whole region is part of the Rio Tapajós basin.
