Tips for perfect portrait:● Avoid blurry photos.● Photo taken at straight angle, with chin pointing straight or slightly upwards.● Natural daylight makes for the best photos. Avoid dark or yellow lighting.● Photo with all head visible - nothing is cut off or hidden.● Try to get a close-up. This will improve the contours of the face.We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. If there’s an issue with your photos, we’ll let you know very quickly via email. What can you customize? Almost anything! We can change your hair length, color, remove glasses, remove piercings or tattoos, add or remove makeup.Available for any skin color or tone. We match the person’s skin color to the chosen portrait. We do that for all the visible parts of the body - so any portrait works with any skin color or shade. Do all my characters and pets have to be in a single photo? Not necessary, you can have multiple photos and our artists will be able to combine them to create your art design. Can I only order a digital portrait? Yes, you may order just a digital portrait which we will send you via e-mail. The resolution of your illustration will be by default 10800px by 7200px. If you would like custom dimensions, please specify them in your order notes. You may print your digital portrait yourself if you wish.Also, you can choose physical items in our shop to print your custom portrait on them. Can I preview before purchase? Our artists spend hours drawing each portrait - so it is impossible to provide a preview before ordering.Once you complete your purchase we will send your artwork for preview in 3-5 business days. You can ask for unlimited revisions until you absolutely love how it looks. Can I pay in installments? With our 10% upfront payment option, you can now preview your custom portrait by paying just a small deposit. The remaining 90% is only when you approve your artwork. Simply select the 'Pay 10% Now' option when placing your order! Cancel with a full refund at any time.We'll start working on your order right away and send you the artwork proof for your approval within 3-5 business days.
